- I will be traveling around Thailand and India for winter quarter, conducting an independent research project with a group of 15 other wwu students, all of whom will be receiving credit for their projects. We are staying in villages for the majority of the time, but will also spend time in major cities where we will stay in hotels and go to delicious restaurants! I am focusing on Buddhism and Hinduism and will do an ethnographic study on how religion is manifested in daily life. My project will unravel throughout the duration of my trip because I don't want to go with too many pre conceived notions.

I am very much looking forward to hearing all
your tales when you return. Liked your limerick. Reminded me of a Buddhist saying I heard years ago,"where ever you go, there you are". I hope that where ever you travel you are safe and happy.
